Michael Dukelow, M.D. joins Wahiawa’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (WNRC) team

We are pleased to announce the addition of SilverSage Physician, Michael Dukelow, M.D. as the physician for Wahiawa’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (WNRC).

Dr. Dukelow graduated from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2000 and completed his post-graduate family practice medical residency in 2005 at Creighton University Medical Center.

He brings with him over 15 years of family medicine experience gained by working as an emergency room physician in Iowa and as a Major Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force Reserve at Hickam Air Force Base here in Hawaii.

Dr. Dukelow has also served as the Medical Director for the Council Bluffs Community Health Center in Iowa and is currently the President of the Waikiki Family Practice Physicians Group, LLC.

Effective March 1st, he will be working with WNRC’s attending physician group and interdisciplinary team to enhance the level of care for our long term care residents. Dr. Dukelow will assist in responding to medical changes and/or emergencies, oversee resident facility transitions, and facilitate pharmacy communications.

The presence of Dr. Dukelow as the onsite physician will enhance our long term care resident’s ability to access a higher level of comprehensive medical care.
