All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for health coverage (HMO and indemnity plan options), dental coverage, and group life insurance. The hospital shares in the cost of the monthly premium. Employees are eligible for temporary disability benefits for up to six months, and the hospital pays 100% of the premium.
