Benefits Information


All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for health coverage (HMO and indemnity plan options), dental coverage, and group life insurance. The hospital shares in the cost of the monthly premium. Employees are eligible for temporary disability benefits for up to six months, and the hospital pays 100% of the premium.

Paid Days Off
  • All regular full-time employees are entitled to receive two weeks of vacation after the first year of employment, three weeks after four years, and four weeks after seven years.
  • One day of sick leave for each month of continuous service with a maximum accumulation of 100 days.
  • Eleven paid holidays per year.
  • Regular part-time employees receive vacation and sick leave based on a pro rata share of hours worked
